Who I Am
I am a Communications and Events Specialist who have been considered by colleagues and supervisors as a proactive person, since I always look for new ideas and solutions, and a leader, because I motivate people to do better and to work together listening actively to their concerns and thoughts. In addition, I have been appreciated for my accuracy in managing people and projects and for my clarity in expressing ideas to others. I believe in continuous training, in team-work and in a project management approach.

Communication
In a dialogue you have to listen and to answer to multiple stakeholders so sharing information in an efficient way, using new communication software and adapting to their different languages, tones and styles could improve both spoken and written dialogues.
Planning and Organization
A good organisation it is essential to meet deadlines and to plan activities in a way that could permit to reach settled goals. It helps also to develop more effective strategic plans both under a short-term and a long-term view.
Accountability
I had to take decisions on my own on different occasions, so I learned how to present them in front of a Board of Directors and to defend my point of view while mediating with their needs. I have also been trained to be a support for other teams.
Creativity
My creativity is not only linked to create graphics and copies but also to the enhancement of my abilities in promoting and persuading for new ideas also through an incessant research of new tools and strategies.
Public Speaking
A good speech needs to be engaging, incisive, interesting and to transmit an added value. Speaking in public is an art where you need to balance personal and business interests and only through a multidisciplinary approach you can achieve that.
Tech Awareness
New media tools are being used to spread ideas, boost political propaganda and influence the public. A communications specialist need to be always updated on new technologies, social networks, social media analytics, cybersecurity and digital propaganda.
Teamwork
If you cooperate with others you could mutually empower each other and improved your professional abilities, so I strongly believe in teamwork and debate.
Diplomacy
We transmit our ideas and values in different situations where a diplomatic attitude is needed and sometimes a flexible, open-minded and conciliatory attitude could permit us to reach our goals, whilst remaining resolutes in our positions.
